Dr. Baus earned her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Child Psychology, from Xavier University in 2001. Since then, she has provided psychological assessment and behavioral health treatment addressing an array of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns in both private practice and medical settings. She is certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy through the Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington.  She is also certified in Heartmath Biofeedback Training.  In addition to her clinical work, she has extensive experience in psychological testing; she is passionate in utilizing cognitive, personality, emotional, and behavioral assessment to understand a person's functioning and as a result, make effective treatment and consulting recommendations.  

While Dr. Baus continues to offer clinical psychological services, she also offers consultative services that raise the bar of healthcare services for people who desire to reach optimal mind-body health and performance. She offers a collaborative approach to promote optimal physical, emotional, and behavioral functioning to reach individual goals.
